In regards to agenda item No.2, I would like to request a traffic study be done with this project.  I understand the current project is not required to have a traffic study done because they are under the limitation of units required (they only have 208 units planned).  However, there is another adjacent available lot also zoned for similar housing.  If that “second” property were to be sold and become a housing project, that “second” project could also be under the limits of a traffic study. BUT the two together would be well outside the limits of a required traffic study.  We are in a high traffic situation on Westside, which lies on the border of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.  I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE A TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY (TIS) BE DONE.  The congestion of traffic with a large project like this will create traffic issues in the area, as well as the residential community. PLEASE, have a traffic study done with this project.  Thank you.
