In accordance with the Oxbow Bluff Architectural Control Committee and Design Guidelines we are requesting a Building Envelope Reconfiguration for the existing 9353.23 ft.² Building Envelope located at 5004 Sandpiper Court NW., Lot 39A – P1, Oxbow Bluff Subdivision, 0.5910 acres, with a net zero effect on the square footage.
The current angled shape of the building envelope, as well as the sloped condition of the lot does not allow significant space, in the current configuration, to accommodate the proposed design of our single-family new construction custom home. The proposed Building Envelope Reconfiguration has a “Net Zero” effect on the overall square footage of the envelope. It takes into consideration ease of mapping and surveying, keeping a uniform space and has zero impact on the view corridors of any premises on the community.
Attached you will also find the approval letter from the Oxbow Bluff Architectural Control Committee accepting and approving the envelope change.
