He wanted more info on the comment about the south curb at the south entrance.
The issue is pedestrain protection.
he wants to prevent an undulationg sidewalk which is a great idea, however, the drainge channel makes  this tricky.

I mentioned dumping the flows into the parking lot upstream of the PNM transformer.  He mentioned
possibly splitting the flow between the two properties: same owner.
