THis HEC-RAS model is the original MEI Model given to BHI post Value Engineering session and final edits. THis model was developed for FEMA in order to satisfy their latest letter dated October 12, 2005. Per conversations with MBI, they are requesting a truncated existing conditions floodway model in order to compare changes in the BFE's with our previously submitted truncated proposed conditions floodway model. BHI will truncate the model 2 cross sections downstream of the previous tie-in (xs 4825), and stop the model truncation at the upstream tie-in XS of 10631. This is per direction of MBI. ******************************************************************************* THerefore, this model will include new flow plans that will consist of only the following data: Q100=14890 cfs with the downstream KNOWN WSEL of XS 4369.
